Refund Policy for TeaCeremonyOnline

Introduction 

"Tea Ceremony Online " is committed to your satisfaction. If you have purchased digital/hard goods/subscriptions from Tea Ceremony Online and are unhappy with the product received, you may be eligible for a refund/partial refund if requested within 14 days of the original purchase date.


Refunds of Hard Goods:

"NO RIGHT TO REFUND BEYOND 14 DAYS."
You understand and agree that you will have no right to receive any refund for any reason or at any time beyond 14 days from the time of purchase, even if you cancel your Program services. You further understand and agree that if you should fail or refuse to avail yourself of any program services, you shall not be entitled to any refund beyond 14 days. If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a return by the end of the 14th day, you are required to complete the remaining timely payments of your payment plan. 
In the event that you decide your purchase was not the right decision, contact our support team at support@teaceremonyonline.com.

You must submit your request and completed homework before 11:59pm Japan Standard Time on the 14th day following your purchase, and show us you actually did the work by submitting ALL your homework.


We will review it and attempt to help correct the issue. If we cannot help solve the issue, we’ll issue you a prompt FULL return. Furthermore, if it is clear that your homework is incomplete or that you did not implement the strategies taught in the course, your return will be denied. 
*Note: If you just downloaded the training material (pdfs, audios, videos, and/or etc), and then promptly asked for a return, we reserve the right to deny your return request, as this policy wasn’t designed to enable people to steal the training material.


To be eligible for return and refund, the following steps must be taken:

1. Refund must be requested in writing by contacting support@teaceremonyonline.com
2. The request for a refund must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date
3. Hard goods must be returned to Tea Ceremony Online immediately, according to the instructions you will receive once contacting support@teaceremonyonline.com as directed in step 1.
4. The item(s) must be unused and returned in the original packaging, in like-new, or re-sellable condition, as determined in Tea Ceremony Online sole, reasonable discretion.


Non-returnable Items:

The following items are non-returnable as stated at the time of purchase on https://teaceremonyonline.com
• Matcha Wazuka No Mukashi
• Matcha Seian
• Any kind of teaware


Refunds of Digital/Subscription Based Goods:

You understand and agree that your payment to Tea Ceremony Online for any online course or, virtual tea ceremony event, providing Tea Ceremony Online your credit card information and indicating your desire to purchase a particular online-based service, that the purchase is non-refundable and non-cancellable. Tea Ceremony Online has no obligation to refund your purchase price under any circumstances, including without limitation based on your dissatisfaction with the products, your non-use of the service, your inability to satisfactorily adapt the service to your business needs, your inability to generate progress using the services, or the fact that others are using the same or similar services.
Tea Ceremony Online is committed to its consumers, and while we stand by our policy as written above, we also want to understand how we can resolve the dissatisfaction and better understand how we can serve you.
